The API Company was founded in 2019 with the aim to create easy to use API's. Before 2019 the founder of the API company - Siem Peters - struggled with getting the right information from API's. That is when the idea rose to create a plug-an-play API platform. The first API was called the device detection API. Later in 2020 the Geolocation API was launched.

Currently, The API Company has clients from all over the world. These clients are small businesses as well as big enterprises. The goal is to develop even more API's to serve even more people and businesses. We hope to make the lifes of web-developers a bit easier every day!
