How many domains can I whitelist with one subscription?
We allow 3 URL's in total to be whitelisted with one subscription. However during checkout you are only able to whitelist one URL. Once your order is complete send an email to info@theapicompany.com with the other URL's you want to be whitelisted.
Can I change the whitelisted URL later on?
Sure! Just login to "my account" and go to "Whitelist URL for API access" and click on edit. I takes a few seconds before the system is updated.
Can I test the Device detection API from localhost?
If you sign-up for the Device detection API trial you need to provide a whitelist URL. API calls only from this domain are allowed. If you need to test the API from you localhost, please send an email to info@theapicompany.com
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by canceling the payments in your paypall account.
The API does not correctly identify my device?
We try to keep our databases as up to date as possible. However it could be possible that devices are not yet in our system. Please send an email to info@theapicompany.com with your device details. We will add this device to our database as soon as possible.
What payment methods do we accept?
Our system works with Paypall. With Paypall you are able to pay with your regelar creditcard. To see an explanation on how to pay with your creditcard click here.
Does the device detection API detect Apple devices?
Yes! Our algorithm is able to detect Apple devices as well e.g. iPhone 11.

Is the IP location API also available in other languages than JavaScript?
Currently the Geolocation API is only out-of-the-box available in JavaScript. If you need the API in a other language, please send a email to info@theapicompany.com. We can help you to implement the API in your preferred programming language.
